I understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. No exceptions.

Deposits are required for all tattoo appointments. If I do not pay a deposit, I do not have a reserved appointment.

The deposit will be applied to the cost of the tattoo. When multiple appointment sessions are scheduled, a deposit must be placed to reserve each appointment. Deposits will be redeemed either per session or on the final session.

The Deposit is $400 for the first session, and $200 for each following session(s).

If I am more than 15 minutes late for my appointment, my deposit is forfeited, and I may need to reschedule my appointment.

Deposits cannot be transferred to other tattoos or other people. This deposit is intended for the tattoo design ideas discussed and scheduled for during the consultation and listed on this form.

I understand and acknowledge that Megan at Rose Noir Tattoo has been a professional tattoo artist for over a decade and has an efficient and effective process of designing and preparing for each tattoo session. Because of this, I also understand that if I require constant contact or communication about my appointment or tattoo design, it will only hinder the artistic process. I trust my artist.

Tattoo designs will be reviewed when I arrive for my appointment. If I want to request any changes to make it perfect for me, my artist and I will review and edit it together at the start of our appointment.

I will commit to my appointment date and time.

Rescheduling an appointment will result in a $50.00 rescheduling fee per appointment.

A minimum of 14 days notice is required to reschedule appointments to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Canceling within 14 days of an appointment results in the loss of the deposit. An additional deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

An appointment may be rescheduled once, more than once will require an additional deposit and my original deposit will be forfeited.

Postponing the appointment to a future date may necessitate a revision of the hourly rate, potentially resulting in an increase.

If I “no call, no show” or cancel the day of my appointment, I will not be allowed to schedule another appointment at any other time at Rose Noir Tattoo, and any remaining appointments that are scheduled will be cancelled and I will lose my entire deposit.
